We carry all major brands -- we do not stock carpet because it isn't necessary. We receive daily carpet deliveries from the mills enabling us to order and receive your carpet within one or two days. You get a much larger selection of styles and colors and we save the cost of warehousing huge rolls of carpet -- savings we pass on to customers.

We buy only first quality products directly from the mills. Like any other material, carpets may be damaged during storage or shipping. Damage from carpet poles may not be known until the carpet is brought to your home and in the process of being installed. We won't make you wait a week or more for a mill inspector – we'll order more carpet to finish the job right away and we take care of dealing with the mill's warranty.

Although an occurrence of a problem is rare, the owner of the store believes that the measure of a company is what it does when things do go wrong to make them right. Wall to Wall Designs will make sure that any problems that occur will be dealt with immediately to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied.

The installation of carpet is still a craft usually learned by apprenticeship rather than formal training. The owner, who began learning to install carpet at the age of 15, has the knowledge and expertise to recognize quality workmanship. Like any other craft, having the proper tools for the job is essential. Wall to Wall Designs will not send out any installer who does not have the proper tools or work ethic.
